Clergy Changes: Round Two

All effective the June 30, 2011 unless otherwise noted:

 

Reverend William A. Riegel, C.S.B., has been appointed as Pastor of the Parish of Assumption, Windsor. Father Riegel replaced Reverend Paul F. Walsh, C.S.B. who commenced a sabbatical.

 

Reverend Raju Allumpurath, M.S.T., previously ministered in the Diocese of Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, India has been appointed Associate Pastor of the Parish of St. Anne, St. Thomas.

 

Reverend John F. Sharp, presently part-time Associate Pastor of St. Michael, London, in addition to his assignments in the Bishop’s Office as Bishop's Delegate, Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia, will continue only his assignments in the Bishop’s Office.

 

Reverend Biju John of the Diocese of Changancherry, India, previously ministered in the Archdiocese of Southwark, UK, has been appointed Associate Pastor of the Parish of St. Michael, London.

 

Reverend Virag D. Martin, O.C.D., previously ministered in the Diocese of Vasai, India, has been appointed three-quarter time Associate Pastor of St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, London, and one-quarter time Associate Pastor of the Parish of St. Andrew the Apostle, London. Father Virag will be residing at St. Andrew the Apostle’s.

 

Reverend Gerard Dewan, presently Director of Field Education at St. Peter’s Seminary, has commenced a health leave of absence.

 

Reverend Ranjan D’Sa, O.C.C., presently Pastor of the Parish of St. Andrew the Apostle, London, in addition has been appointed part-time Priest-Chaplain of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Vietnamese Catholic Community, London effective 30 June 2011, and one-quarter Director of Field Education at St. Peter’s Seminary, London effective 01 August 2011.
